the room was spacious with a functional bathroom. staff were always helpful. the hotel location is useful if you drive because access to roads is quick.

breakfast includes a good standard of food. there are many shops, cafes, and a supermarket very close to the hotel. the hotel had good breakfast with super delicious fresh options, including warm items, fruits, and pastries.

staff speak english well at reception. the staff were helpful. the sheets and towels got changed every day, i thank aizhan, because she did her job cleanly and took good care of the room.

the pool, sauna, and hammam were good i visited. there is free access given to the pool and sauna. it is a clean facility. also, parking is available.

there are many groceries and doners around. the metro is not too far at about ten minutes walking. you can easily find food and errands. it is a good location if you drive.

the noise insulation was not ideal i could hear everything from the street because the hotel is in a busy spot better windows would have helped reduce the noise also the breakfast options were somewhat limited i thought they could have offered a wider variety of choices for a four-star hotel
